It appears to be a Blazer with the ultra rare Bondo Pack.

Sadly, it appears to have been badly refinished at some point as it should have a random splattering of pale pink, white and yellow plastic with a drifted overspray of primer grey. A few examples even had unground seam welds...but apparently not this one.

Therefore, CP.
